Mason Jar Over-Night Oats.

Hey Y'all Beautiful Babes.....

Ever since I posted about my normal breakfast and "what I eat" posts a few months ago I have been getting so many messages/questions about it and requests for it so I figured while I am just waiting in the airport I would put a post together for y'all on it....(I apologize in advance for the lack of pictures).

First and foremost y'all know that I am super lazy and all about convince when it comes to my meal prepping.... Well at least those of you that have been following me for some time know that, if you are new to the ML family you will learn fast. SIMPLICITY is KEY with me in the kitchen. Now even growing up the kitchen and I have never really been good friends... so if any of that resonates with you, then this is the quick and easy breakfast post you have been searching for.

I personally like to prep all my meals for the whole week at a time.... again saving time and super easy to just grab and go throughout the week, because lets be honest Monday morning comes and I drive to work and I say self.... this week we are going to have it together and we are going to be organized and great.... then Wednesday morning comes and i have no idea what the heck I'm doing and i just hear laughter in my head.... so its pretty safe to say that the rest of the week is a blur.

Prep:

1. Get your mason jars ready to go... if you don't already have some you can pick them up in a pack from just about anywhere. I got mine from Wal-Mart.

2. Put your portion of dry oats in the bottom.

3. Scoop in your portion of fat free greek yogurt.

4. Add in my secret ingredient.... which is shredded carrots. I usually do about a small handful. This will add volume to your meal while your tastebuds think its just more oats.... and you get a servings of veggies in there!

5. This is where I add in the portion of frozen blueberries.

6. Then I add in 1 packet of Splenda & a dash of pink himalayan salt as a personal preference.

7. Once you have all your yummy goodies in the jars put the lids on and pop em in the fridge.

8. Lastly the night before you want to enjoy and eat it put either 2 tablespoons of water, milk, cream, or what ever you fancy in and then stick it back in the fridge.... I personally use water for mine.

The next morning...TADA!!! you have a yummy, quick, and easy healthy breakfast.

I hope you and your belly enjoy this as much as I have!
